Orders must be placed on a prior date to the delivery date with all the necessary information such as full name, correct address, land marks contact information to ensure a smooth delivery.
Same day deliveries also undertaken, given a reasonable time period to reach the destination.
A short message to your mobile or an email confirmation will be sent out once the delivery is successful.
We do not pass on any personal details and the only information sent out to the recipient with the gift is the personal message card.
We are not liable for any losses or refutation, if the receiving party has no connection with the sender or failed to provide the correct identity on the message card.
It is your responsibility to pass all the relevant information regarding the delivery at the time of confirmation the order.
Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, we will be handing over gift to other family member or close by party known by the recipient.
We may also consider areas which we have not listed in the delivery area list, provided the client pays the relevant delivery charge.
Unfortunately we cannot offer on time delivery if the road traffic or weather conditions are not as regular.
