Will the bouquet be same as the image shown in the web?
We always try to make look similar as much as possible, but slight variances may occur due to stock unavailability.

Do you provide round the clock service?
Yes – but deliveries after 7.00 pm are done at a special charge.

How do I check the status of my order?
The customer is informed after delivery via SMS.

Can my order be a surprise?
Of course but the address and directions with the correct landmarks must be clearly stated.

What are the modes of payment?
Cash deposits, Visa, Master, American Express Cards and cheques are accepted.

Do you offer free delivery?
Only for orders above 3500 LKR within Colombo, which is placed on a prior date of delivery date.

Could I have same day delivery of gift bouquets?
Only for orders placed before 12 noon of the same day. Late requests also considered on availability of resources.

How are the flowers delivered?
Delivery is made in our three wheelers to any desired destination.

What happens if my recipient is not present at the time of delivery?
We will do our best to call recipient or sender and deliver to a nearby location.

We usually undertake on weekends, but special holidays on availability of resources.
